The tour continues on to the impressive archaeological site of Delphi, which is situated at the foot of the Parnos Mountain.

Delphi, the sanctuary of Apollo, offers the most amazing views of the olive groves of Amphissa, the Corinthian Gulf and the Peloponnese mountains. We will then visit the museum which houses the famous bronze Charioteer and the statue of Antinoos. From there we will guide you along the sacred way to the Athenian treasury followed by a chance to visit the unforgettable Temple of Apollo, where the masses flocked to consult the oracle.

Summary:

4 DAYS MINIMUM ADVANCE BOOKING REQUIRED. This tour offers hotel pick-up and drop offs. Rates are per person and in US Dollars. Please reserve online or call 800-719-6365 for reservations or more information. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Delphi, a town on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in Greece, was the site of the main temple of Apollo and of the Delphic oracle, the most famous oracle of ancient times. Before making important decisions, Greeks and other peoples traveled to this sacred place to consult the oracle and learn the gods' wishes. The ancient site of Apollo, backed by the imposing Mount Parnassus, is situated in one of the most beautiful natural settings in Greece.

Day 1
Departing from Athens, you will drive through Levadia on our journey to Delphi. On arrival, you will visit the museum with the famous bronze Charioteer, the statue of Antinoos. Proceed through the sacred way to the Athenian treasury, followed by a chance to visit the unforgettable Temple of Apollo, where the masses flocked to consult the oracle. Spend the afternoon at your leisure before dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
You can spend a day of complete relaxation in Delphi with its wild and awe-inspiring landscape before starting the return journey to Athens.

Children under 12 travel free (only in First Class Accommodation) providing they share a room with 2 full paying adults.
